There are energy centers called chakras distributed around our bodies. Each one provides us with a particular type of function. For example the throat chakra is our center of communication. When a chakra is blocked it can't distribute energy through our aura properly and both our emotional and physical bodies suffer. Our aura lives and breathes - just like us.

At certain times we become attracted to certain colours. This is our body trying to tell us where the imbalance lies and how to correct it.
